Tracy Nielsen


​Stott Pilates® Certified Instructor and owner of Thrive Pilate Studio. Tracy grew up in Rapid City, SD and has always been active in sports and fitness. Tracy grew up skiiing, swimming competitively and playing tennis.

In 2001 she was introduced to Pilates and began her journey from student to instructor, loving the transformation Pilates had on her mind and body. First becoming Stott Certified® in Mat and Reformer in 2005 and later adding Cadillac, Chair and Barrel to her training. She also continues her education with workshops, including Pilates on the Green I and II, Athletic training on the Reformer I and II and Zen•Ga™ to name a few. She is also a Certified Post Operative Breast Cancer Exercise specialist with the Pink Ribbon Program
